The Real Dhikr is the Quran...
Dhikr has been used in the sense of "remembering something forgotten and keeping it constantly in mind so as not to forget it, commemoration, honor, advice, thought-provoking ." The Quran also uses the word dhikr for itself. This emphasizes that the Quran should always be remembered, kept in mind, and counseled.
Do you consider it odd that a Reminder(Dhikr) from your Lord should come to you through a man from among yourselves, to warn you so that you may be Godwary(cautious) and so that you may receive His mercy?’
Indeed We have sent down the Reminder, and indeed We will preserve it.
But it is nothing else than a Reminder to all the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists).
These that We recite to you are from the signs(ayah) and the Wise Reminder.
We did not send [any apostles] before you except as men to whom We revealed. Ask the People of the Reminder if you do not know.
[We sent them] with manifest proofs and scriptures. We have sent down the reminder to you so that you may clarify for the people that which has been sent down to them, so that they may reflect.
6-7. They said, ‘O you, to whom the Reminder has been sent down, you are indeed crazy.
Why do you not bring us the angels should you be truthful?!’
We did not teach him poetry, nor does it behoove him. This is just a reminder and a manifest(mubin-clear, plain) Quran, so that anyone who is alive may be warned, and that the word may come due against the faithless.
Indeed the faithless almost devour you with their eyes when they hear this Reminder, and they say, ‘He is indeed crazy.’
"It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns and all that exists).
Verily, this (the Quran) is no less than a Reminder to (all) the 'Alamin.
To whomsoever among you who wills to walk straight
And this is a blessed Reminder (the Quran) which We have sent down, will you then (dare to) deny it?
No! It is indeed a reminder.
This is a Reminder, and verily, for the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons) is a good final return (Paradise),
And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun.
They are those whom Allah had guided. So follow their guidance. Say: "No reward I ask of you for this (the Quran). It is only a reminder for the 'Alamin."
This is) a Book (the Quran) which We have sent down to you, full of blessings that they may ponder over its Verses, and that men of understanding may remember.
And no reward you ask of them (those who deny your Prophethood) for it, it (the Quran) is no less than a Reminder and an advice unto the 'Alamin (men and jinns).
Indeed, We have sent down for you (O mankind) a Book, (the Quran) in which there is Dhikrukum, (your Reminder or an honour for you i.e. honour for the one who follows the teaching of the Quran and acts on its orders). Will you not then understand?
Sad [These letters (Sad etc.) are one of the miracles of the Quran and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings]. By the Quran full of reminding.
And remind for verily, the reminding profits the believers.
And if the truth had been in accordance with their desires, verily, the heavens and the earth, and whosoever is therein would have been corrupted! Nay, We have brought them their reminder, but they turn away from their reminder.
This (Quran) is a Message for mankind, in order that they may be warned thereby, and that they may know that He is the only One Ilah (God - Allah) - (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah), and that men of understanding may take heed.(who possess intellect may take admonition.)
