The name Al-Wakil means the only protective authority who inspires infinite trust. He grants absolute trust and desires to be trusted. Because He provides security, He asks His servant to place their trust in Him. In other words, He desires to be the Trustee (representative) of His servant.
When the servant performs tawakkul (reliance) and grants Him the authority of trusteeship, He effectively becomes the "protective authority" of that servant. Tawakkul is when someone who manifests helplessness in a matter relies on someone who performs that task better and appoints them as their trustee.
The one who is the Trustee is the one who possesses full competence and merit in protecting the one who relies on Him. He is sufficient to defend them against every kind of enemy, protect them from all sorts of danger, and provide their sustenance.
And put your trust in Allah, and Sufficient is Allah as a Wakil (Trustee, or Disposer of affairs).
The name Al-Hafiz means the Protector and Guardian of all things, the One who is unparalleled in protection, the One who constantly encompasses existence and humanity with His protection and security.
"So if you turn away, still I have conveyed the Message with which I was sent to you. My Lord will make another people succeed you, and you will not harm Him in the least. Surely, my Lord is Guardian over all things."
Al-Hafī means the one who takes perfect care [of all affairs] and follows through until the very end.
Ibrahim said: "Peace be on you! I will ask forgiveness of my Lord for you. Verily, He is unto me Hafiyyan.(Most Gracious, Kind)
The name Al-Qawi means the All-Powerful, the absolute, the possessor of infinite power and strength, whose power has no limits.
So when Our Commandment came, We saved Salih (Saleh) and those who believed with him by a Mercy from Us, and from the disgrace of that Day. Verily, your Lord, He is the All-Strong, the All-Mighty.
The name Al-Ghalib means the ever-victorious, the invincible, the unique and unparalleled absolute victor.
And he (the man) from Egypt who bought him, said to his wife: "Make his stay comfortable, may be he will profit us or we shall adopt him as a son." Thus did We establish Yusuf (Joseph) in the land, that We might teach him the interpretation of events. And Allah has full power and control over His Affairs, but most of men know not.
Al-Fa'al means "The One who does whatever He wills, at any time and in any place, or beyond time and space, in a unique and incomparable manner." It signifies Allah’s infinite power of action. As the opposite of "incapable,"
The name is also the antithesis of being "idle." In this sense, Al-Fa'al refers to the One who is always and in every situation active and in a state of action; He is never passive and never remains passive.
They will dwell therein for all the time that the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord wills. Verily, your Lord is the doer of what He wills.
