AL-QĀDIR

Al-Qadir means the possessor of absolute power and might, who uses His power and might with His will, who does not overcome to His power but keeps it under control. It means using His absolute and infinite power with His absolute and infinite will.

The truly Al-Qadir is the one who can control His own power. Five of the seven verses containing the name Al-Qadir concern the resurrection in the hereafter.

Do they not see that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, and was not wearied(tired) by their creation, is Able to give life to the dead. Yes, He surely is Able to do all things.(The All-Capable)
