It means the source of goodness, the one whose essence is absolute goodness, and whose goodness is unique and unparalleled.
We believe in our Lord so that He forgives us our sins and the sorcery you have forced us to practice. Allah is Better, and Everlasting'
And they (disbelievers) plotted [to kill 'Iesa (Jesus)], and Allah planned too. And Allah is the Best of the planners.
There is a literary device here called "mushakala" (the art of using the same word in succession, where the first usage is literal and the second is metaphorical or carries a different meaning—similar to how "eating" is used differently in the phrase "if you don't eat your food, you'll take a beating"). Therefore, the second sentence of this verse is understood as "And Allah frustrated their plot." In other words, Allah's "plotting" does not resemble that of His servants. If Allah "plots" against a servant, it is only for that servant's ultimate good (khayr).
For example, if someone harboring enmity toward believers plots against them with a diabolical intelligence, and Allah thwarts that plot by devising a counter-measure, is this counter-measure good or evil for that diabolical person? It is, of course, only good. Because by doing so, Allah has prevented their evil or diminished it. Preventing an evildoer from committing evil is, in essence, helping them regarding their afterlife. This is nothing but goodness for them.
It means the uniquely good, the owner of infinite goodness, the one who always fulfills the goodness He promises, and the unique, unparalleled source of infinite and absolute virtue.
26. They will say, "Indeed, we were previously among our people fearful [of displeasing Allah].
27. So Allah conferred favor upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire.
28 Indeed, we used to supplicate Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful."
It means the Most Compassionate, the one whose compassion is unique and unparalleled.
And they carry your loads to a land that you could not reach except with great trouble to yourselves. Truly, your Lord is full of Kindness(Compassionate), Most Merciful.
It means the unique and unparalleled nourisher, the sustainer of life, the one who brings life’s provisions into being, the sole creator of the entire food chain, and the one who creates the sustenance for every creature He has created.
Whoever intercedes for a good cause shall receive a share of it, and whoever intercedes for an evil cause shall share its burden, and Allah is prepotent over all things.
It means the one who constantly and abundantly grants every kind of provision—material and spiritual, worldly and otherworldly—the one who continuously and uninterruptedly distributes the provision He has created among His creatures, and the one who is perfect in providing sustenance.
Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of power, the Most Strong
It means the unique and unparalleled opener, the one who resolves knotted cases by ruling with justice; the one who opens all closed doors in every way, especially the doors of mercy. It expresses that Allah will be the ultimate authority who has the final word and gives the final judgment regarding disputes of faith among people.
Say: “Our Sustainer will bring us all together [on Judgment Day], and then He will lay open the truth between us, in justice - for He alone is the One who opens all truth, the All-Knowing!”
It means the unique and unparalleled gatherer, the one who assembles and organizes existence, and the one who gathers all people together on the Day of Judgment.
Our Lord, surely You will gather the people for a Day about which there is no doubt. Indeed, Allah does not fail in His promise."
