AL-KHABIR
It means the one who receives news of the inner reality of everything and gives news about everything. Khabir refers to the one who knows what humans cannot comprehend through reason and the senses. It means the one who knows in such a way that nothing remains hidden, who is aware of even every moving atom, from whom no information can be concealed, and who is aware of the most secret and hidden aspects of the object of knowledge.
Verily, Allah! With Him (Alone) is the knowledge of the Hour, He sends down the rain, and knows that which is in the wombs. No person knows what he will earn tomorrow, and no person knows in what land he will die. Verily, Allah is All-Knower, All-Aware (of things).
AL-ALIM
It means the one who knows everything, in every situation—whether timeless and spaceless or in all times and places—in a unique, incomparable, and perfect manner.
Have they not traveled in the land, and seen what was the end of those before them -- though they were superior to them in power Allah is not such that anything in the heavens or in the earth escapes Him. Verily, He is All-Knowing, All-Able.
AS-SAMI
As-Sami means the Subject who hears everything, in every situation, and in every respect; whose ability to hear is beyond all kinds of human senses and consciousness; who needs no organ, tool, or equipment to hear; and whose hearing has no lower or upper limit.
No created being, not even a Prophet, possesses the capacity to hear or see all things. To be truly All-Hearing and All-Seeing is a quality that belongs to Allah alone.
And Allah judges with truth, while those to whom they invoke besides Him, cannot judge anything. Certainly, Allah! He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer.
AL-LATIF
It means the absolute and infinite, unique and incomparable possessor of grace who bestows favors with kindness, who is subtle in His grace, and who performs His grace with elegance.
See you not that Allah sends down water (rain) from the sky, and then the earth becomes green? Verily, Allah is the Most Kind and Courteous, Well-Acquainted with all things.
ASH-SHAHID
It means the one who witnesses everything, whose testimony is absolute and unlimited, and who bears unique and incomparable witness.
Who, to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness over everything.
AL-MUJIB
It means the absolute and infinite, unique and incomparable one who responds to prayers, answers calls, and brings the seeker (or that which is desired) to their ultimate wish.
And to Thamud (people, We sent) their brother Salih (Saleh). He said: "O my people! Worship Allah, you have no other Ilah (God) but Him. He brought you forth from the earth and settled you therein, then ask forgiveness of Him and turn to Him in repentance. Certainly, my Lord is Near (to all by His Knowledge), Responsive."
